Vital’s New Office: A Smart and Sustainable Solution by FIL Furniture

Client Overview

VITAL is a leading provider of innovative telecommunications solutions that keep Kiwi businesses connected and their people safe. Vital’s networks support frontline workers, health and safety initiatives, and remote connectivity across Aotearoa New Zealand.

Project Scope

FIL Furniture was tasked with providing an affordable and ergonomic solution to accommodate 40 staff on one floor. We presented several spatial layouts to Vital and helped them choose the best option to meet for their needs.

We supplied 20 pre-owned electric sit-to-stand 2-person pods, cutting down the tops, frames and cable trays while using existing accessory rails, screens and dual monitor arms to fit the new layout.

Our relocation team moved the Vital team from their temporary office space to their newly renovated office in a timely and efficient manner.
